The Genius Code™ Lab is a group coaching program where you take what you know about your codes — or start learning them from scratch — and put it against real decisions. Your business. Your career. Each month goes deeper into a layer of your codes not covered in Fundamentals — profile lines, channels, Gene Keys, authority in real situations, synastry with partners and family, do's and don'ts by design element. Workbook-based. Real client examples. Cumulative — by the end of six months you've worked through every major dimension of your design.

Application Call

Hot seat work. Bring whatever's actually on your mind — your business, your marketing, your next career move, a decision you can't get clear on — and Kenlyn works it against your codes live. Do you work best in groups or 1:1? What's your natural relationship with money? What kind of messaging actually lands for your audience? This is where insight becomes a decision you can act on.

About Kenlyn, Your Guide

Kenlyn Kolleen is a teacher, author, and guide with over two decades of experience in personal transformation, spirituality and conscious leadership. Her path began at Notre Dame Law School and led — through awakening, loss and a private audience with the Dalai Lama — to a radically different form of leadership rooted in truth, devotion and embodied wisdom.

She is the author and co-author of three books, including The Art of Turning 50, and has supported thousands of women through programs, retreats and long-form mentorship.

Kenlyn is known for her ability to synthesize multiple systems — Human Design, the Gene Keys, astrology, and lived experience — into guidance that is resonant, clear and inspiring. Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to take Fundamentals before joining the Lab?

You don't need to take it as a separate step — it's included with your Lab membership as your onboarding foundation. If you've already taken Fundamentals elsewhere or feel solid in your basics, you can dive straight into the calls.

Is this the same as Your Genius Code Fundamentals workshop?

No. Fundamentals is a 7-week course that teaches you to read your own design. The Lab is what comes after — an ongoing container where you apply what you know to real decisions, with direct coaching and a community doing the same work. The Fundamentals workshop is included inside the Lab, but the Lab itself is the ongoing practice.

Is this where I get my personal Genius Code RX or a custom session?

No. The Lab is group work, not a private diagnostic. If you're looking for a bespoke session built around your specifi c codes, that's a different offer — reach out to Kenlyn directly to talk about what's right for you.

How does the hot seat work?

Bring whatever's actually in front of you — a business decision, a career move, a marketing question, something in your relationships you're trying to navigate. Kenlyn works it through the lens of your specifi c codes live on the call: how you're wired to make decisions, your natural relationship with money, what kind of structure or message actually fi ts you. Not everyone is in the hot seat every call, but every call you're learning from watching the process — including on codes that aren't your own.

What's the schedule?

We meet twice a month, on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. PT. The Lab begins on July 8, 2026.

When can I start?

The beauty is that you can join as soon as you hear about it. The Lab runs on continuous six-month cycles, so wherever you enter that’s when your 6-months starts. In each cycle, you'll move through the full arc of the curriculum. And the work doesn't stop there — each cycle deepens, new layers and distinctions keep emerging.

What happens after six months?

The minimum term is 6 months. And, you can renew and continue for as long as you wish.

The good news is that you keep your current rate rather than paying whatever the price has grown to by then as long as your enrollment stays consecutive.

The invitation to stay is less about fi nishing a curriculum and more about ongoing support — there are hundreds of nuances inside your codes still to discover once you've anchored a proper foundation, and new revelations tend to surface through working with them, not before.

What's the investment?

$997 USD paid-in-full for a 6-month term, or six monthly payments of $197 USD. When you renew for an additional cycle, the monthly amount keeps going at the same rate or you can pay in full at the pay-in-full rate and save.

What's the refund or cancellation policy?

There are no refunds or cancellations once you've enrolled. This container works because everyone in it is fully committed — including you. If you're unsure whether the Lab is right for you, reach out to Kenlyn before enrolling so you can talk it through.
